2025 Dog Licenses are available now at the Village Office. The cost is $6.25 per dog. Please bring current rabies vaccination records at the time of licensing.

~Annual Sewer Maintenance~

The Village recommends using Root-X annually, preferably in the fall. We have it for sale here at the Village Office for $25.00 + tax. Call us at 308-394-5390 if you have any questions.

Second Planned Power Outage

There will be a second planned power outage for the Village of Wauneta on Thursday, April 23.

This planned outage will effect all of the Wauneta service area and will allow Southwest Public Power to complete work at the Village substation. This outage is planned to start at 8:00 AM and is expected to last up to 6 hours. If you have questions please contact the Village Office at 308-394-5390.
